- Siapkan 1 kaleng , jamur kancing, potong kecil2.
- Siapkan 1/2 bh , rumput laut kering yg bundar, di sobek2 kecil.
- Siapkan 3 sdm , tepung beras.
- Siapkan 5 sdm , tepung sagu.
- Siapkan 650 ml , air.
- Siapkan 3 bh , daun seledri iris tipis.
- Siapkan secukupnya , garam, kaldu jamur, lada bubuk.
- Siapkan 1 sdm , minyak wijen.
- Siapkan 4 bh , telur kocok lepas.
- Siapkan secukupnya , minyak goreng.
- Siapkan , Cocolan Kecap.
- Siapkan 3 sdm , kecap asin / light soy souce.
- Siapkan 5 bh , cabe rawit iris.

- Campurkan, jamur, rumput laut, tepung beras, sagu, seledri, minyak wijen, garam, kaldu jamur, lada bubuk dalam baskom, masukkan air sampai adonan cair seperti air... aduk merata...
- Panaskan teflon, kasi 2sdm minyak, masukkan telur kocok 2sdm dalam teflon.
- Masukkan 2sendok sayur adonan omelette, aduk sedikit dengan cara maju mundurin sendok sayur biar adonan atasnya bisa turun...
- Tunggu adonan 1/2matang, gunakan api sedang cenderung kecil saja... jika sudah stgh matang masukkan 2sdm telur lagi di atasnya.. goyang2kan teflon biar tidak lengket di wajan.. kalo berasa lengket boleh tambah minyak lagi di pinggiran teflon...
- Balik adonan dengan cara lempar teflon gituu agar adonan kebalik, tapi kalo nggk bsa boleh balik manual ๐, nah disini kalo mau tambah telur lagi boleh, kalo ak udah begini aj cukup.. bulak balik terus sampe adonan kecoklatan.
- Jika sudah kecoklatan angkat dehhh.
- Sajikan dengan kecap asin dan cabe rawit.. ak rekomen pake kecap asinnya yg ini yah.. karena lebih enak.. dan beda dari kecap asin biasanya... makan selagi panas yaahh.. hihi oh ya.. kalo mau buat lagi pastikan adonan yg di dalam baskom itu harus di aduk terlebih dahulu.. kalo mau makan baru buat yaahh.. karena kalo dingin rasanya kurang enaak.. hahhaa.
